When we seek to add play to our work, we balance the elements of a happy life. Play is one way to open up laughter in our lives. Laughter creates an opening for light to flow through us and into our work, thus opening those creative channels. We become lighter, more attractive and infinitely more successful.
UK comedy therapist and performer, Lizzie Allan, is the creator of Hilarapy, her own unique brand of therapeutic comedy.
